Free Global Shipping:
- Shipping is included in the price of your print.
- Your printed LiDAR map will be shipped rolled into a postal tube or sent flat.
- We ship within 3 days of the order being placed using either Royal Mail or a speedy, signed for courier service.
Returns Policy:
We offer a 7 working days Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy online through LidarMaps.org. This only applies to online and not to in person sales.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return the work within 7 working days of receiving it.
1.The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service.
Please Note: The buyer is liable for the cost of return shipping to us. Please contact LidarMaps@gmail.com if you have any questions.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery.
3.You must return the goods within 7 working days of your receipt of the item in its original condition with all packaging, securely wrapped.
4.After we have received and inspected the item, we will return the full purchase price of the goods to you.
Returns Process:
Please email us at LidarMaps@gmail.com and we will send you our returns address. Please print that email and include it with the return for our records. We advise you to opt for a 'signed for' delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item.
How Can I Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at LidarMaps@gmail.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
